GET THE PATTERN

The NAOMI bag by Ivona Fodora is based on a simple tote bag pattern, and you can adjust the size for your needs. Feel free to experiment with the shoulder straps and play with the pleat panels. The pleats are crafted freely and you are only given instructions regarding the length of the pleat panel. Feel free to adjust the length of the panels or to cut them from shorter pieces when needed. Use your creativity to make the pleating process fun and exciting.
Ivona Fodora is a designer and illustrator from Serbia, living in Helsinki, Finland. She likes the Finnish summer, long walks in the forest, painting, dark coffee, and chocolate. She finds inspiration all around her, from the beautiful nature of her current home, to people and their interactions, to childhood memories of her home country.

Fabric recommendations:
Choose a medium weight fabric with no stretch. The sample bag is made from a 50% cotton and 50% polyester blend (4.1 oz/yd²/ 140 g/m²) – an old, tightly woven industrial hotel textile.
Files:
A4 (home printing) and A0 (copy shop printing) PDF files with sizes nested.

After purchasing, you will receive a link to download the PDF files. There are no delivery charges for the digital patterns, as they are delivered automatically via email immediately after purchase. PDF patterns are only eligible for return and refund if the provided download links have not been used. If the download links have been used, the product will not be refunded.
