Bringing life and perfection to every magazine, from photography to sewing patterns, beautifully rhythmed layouts, and polished language, meet the freelancers who consistently collaborate with us for each issue. We tip our hats and bow deeply in gratitude for their invaluable contributions.

Stefanie Kroth, devoted to pattern design, breathes life into each issue by crafting sewing pattern layouts and instructions. With a passion for modern and sustainable patterns, she prioritizes a flawless fit across all sizes. As a pattern maker, Stefanie excels in creating made-to-measure patterns, grading multi-size collections, and developing zero-waste patterns for small fashion and DIY labels. Her expertise extends to publishing several sewing and pattern books.

Laura Oja, the talented photographer behind all the stunning editorial photos and covers for TAUKO Magazine, infuses her distinct handwriting to visually define the publication. With a background in photojournalism, collaborating with local newspapers and international NGOs, Laura is the visual storyteller for each issue. In her leisure, she immerses herself in swimming, including ice swimming, and explores the beauty of flowers and plants.

Dörte de Jesus, the visionary behind TAUKO Magazine's Art Direction and poetic yet edgy layout, lends her creative expertise as a director and design consultant for values-based brands. Specializing in publishing, editorial design, and brand communication, Dörte brings a unique perspective to each issue, crafting a visual narrative that resonates with the TAUKO ethos.

With a background in art and literature, Bonnie Begusch brings a refined touch to the print magazine’s written contenct. Originally from California and a long-time resident of Berlin, she works as an editor and translator for all things related to art, culture, and creativity.

Ivona Fodora lends her artistic touch to each issue by creating beautiful fashion illustrations. With a passion for color, pleats, craft, and drawing, her work is inspired by childhood memories and the costumes of her home country, Serbia, providing endless creativity to her design work.
