The RIKA jumpsuit comes in two variations: full length with knee patches and summery shorts. This is a comfortable and unique jumpsuit that fits all different body types regardless of size or gender. With its open back, RIKA invites you to create layered looks and play with the details, which hint at the vintage boilersuits that inspired the design. Once you learn to make the pleats and the collar, you can apply an endless amount of hacks to the fitted bodice.
Lisa Oberländer grew up in the centre of the creative hub of Berlin, surrounded by the many different people who have come to the city since the 1990s. From a very young age, she wanted to become a designer, and she recently graduated from the fashion design programme at UdK Berlin. During her studies, she interned with Berlin-based designers and worked on costumes for various films.

Fit and size:
Choose your size based on your waist circumference. Add a recommended positive ease of 3.9–5.9"/10–15 cm. Pick the size that is the best match for your waist. The legs of the trousers are slightly long: make sure to adjust them to your desired length before hemming.Claire Farrell is wearing shorts version of RIKA in size 2. For a fitted style she wears size 1. She is 61"/155 cm tall. Bayi Amoussou is wearing an oversized denim RIKA in size 4. For a fitted style she wears size 3. She is 65"/164 cm tall.
Fabric recommendations:
Choose a medium weight denim or twill for the long-legged RIKA jumpsuit. The full-length sample is made from “8 oz Washed Dark Denim” (100% cotton, 8 oz/225 gsm) by Merchant & Mills. You can choose lighter fabrics, such as linen, for the shorts. Note that working with linen requires a more advanced skill set and patience. The shorts are made from “Tangerine Dreams” (100% linen, 5.9 oz/200 gsm) by Merchant & Mills. -
